Hanamiyama Park: In spring, Mio visited Hanamiyama Park, famous for its stunning cherry blossoms and other flowers. “The park is like a sea of blossoms, absolutely beautiful,” she exclaimed.
Mount Azuma-kofuji: Mio hiked up Mount Azuma-kofuji, a volcano with a beautiful crater. “The panoramic views from the top are worth the climb,” she said.
Fukushima Prefectural Museum of Art: Mio enjoyed the diverse art collection at the Fukushima Prefectural Museum of Art. “The museum has a wonderful mix of local and international art,” she commented.

Kitakata Ramen: In Kitakata, Mio tasted the famous Kitakata ramen, known for its soy sauce-based broth and thick, curly noodles. “The ramen here is so flavorful and comforting,” she said.
Kitakata Warehouse District: Mio explored the historic warehouse district, with its distinctive kura (storehouses). “The architecture here is unique and charming,” she observed.
Nicchu Line Bike Path: Mio biked along the Nicchu Line bike path, enjoying the scenic views of cherry blossoms in spring and colorful leaves in autumn. “It’s a peaceful and beautiful ride,” she noted.
